Schematic Design Development

Based on your guidance, preliminary designs of the floor plans and front elevation are prepared. The preliminary design is then reviewed and any changes are incorporated into the drawings.
 

Design Development

After arriving at a basic scheme, the design is further developed to incorporate detailing, construction methods, and materials.

 

Construction Documents

Once a more developed design is approved, an expanded set of drawings are produced with detail sufficient for contractors to confidently bid and construct your home. This document set will include floor plans, foundation plan, elevations, electrical plans, details & sections as needed.
